Every time I booked room in this hotel they upgraded me for free and also they give me late checkout, no extra charge. “The hotel far exceeded my expectations, it was a revelation! It wasn't just a hotel room, it was more like an apartment with a very reasonable room rate too. The reception staff and the security guard were very friendly and, as they had a room available, I even managed to check in at 8AM for no extra charge! The room had all the expected facilities, the view from the window was decent and it was only a 10-minute walk to the nearest monorail station. Sadly I didn't have the time to visit the rooftop pool, maybe next time!”
