“The hotel is huge with very long corridors. The room itself was fairly big and very clean with a number of amenities to self-cater e.g. microwave, toaster etc. which is very helpful considering everything in Yellowknife is closed on a Sunday. The bar downstairs has reasonably priced drinks and the staff are very friendly. The hotel is a short walk into downtown but quite a walk from old town and tourist attractions. ”
“Everyone was very friendly. Let us check in early. It's new and very clean. Oh and the toiletries were very nice, I work in cosmetics so I'm picky. I would go back for the toiletries. The lotion smells so good.”
“Comfortable temperature. Comfortable bed. Easy walking distance to new and old town Yellowknife. Short walk to the Museum which every visitor must see! Management settled an issue involving the shuttle service without embarrassing or doubting my word. This I appreciated very much. Shuttle service does exist after 2300h flight from Edmonton. Excellent breakfast and dinner with friendly staff. Well equipped mini kitchen; saved me a lot of extra time and effort making 2 of my own continental breakfasts; healthy affordable alternative. Microwave, fridge, complete set of plates, cups, glasses and dinner cutlery provided; coffee maker and tea kettle included. Wine glasses and ice bucket too! Just down the street from the Independent grocers.”
“Very new and very clean. Rooms were spacious with comfy beds & pillows. Well equipped rooms with microwave & toaster & all the utensils you need. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant and it was of good value.”
