The continental breakfast was very good and the landlady very generously allowed my daughter, whom we were visiting, to join us for breakfast. I wondered about the wooden floors and noise from above, but there was no need to be concerned. Highly recommended. ”

“This was the best hotel we stayed in during our trip to Holland. The room and bathroom were comfortable and well equipped, not too small , there was a tasty breakfast, with plenty of selection included in the room rate but what really made this hotel was the personal input , attention to detail and friendliness of the people. It was extremely hot and , although there was a fan already in the room, another , better one was brought in, which was a welcome relief. This sort of preempting of wants , together with the feeling that we were valued guests, made us really enjoy our time here . We came to investigate UCM and the location was perfect, just around the corner from it, yet also within easy walking distance of the city center. Highly recommended.”

“The location of the hotel is perfect, nice quite neighbourhood but still 5 minutes walking from the centre. The room was big, clean , comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and there was a lot of choice. I am vegan and I had asked if it was possible to have some soya based product for the breakfast and they arranged for me almond milk and soya yogurt. This is the first time that in a hotel/guest house, they took the effort to accommodate my request. I would recommend this place to anyone.”
