“The lady was excellent. The day I entered the hotel it was 2 am in the dawn. I missed my train in Paris and the second train which I took broke down two stations before Lourdes. Although it was 2 am still they opened the doors and provided me accommodation. Her service is superb and I'm really satisfied with the service. Grotto is fairly far (about 800m) but there are enough restaurants, shops and everything nearby.”
“For a budget hotel, it packs in a lot of facilities - a dining room, separate soft seating area, and a 'dining room' with tables and chairs for eating one's own food, writing, playing cards or whatever. It's centrally located, there's a grocery store / supermarket 100 metres away with fresh veg and spit roasts. The lady that runs it was brusque but kind. Excellent for the price.”
