“Very central location close to some of the best restaurants and an ideal base for self guided walks to the historical and cultural highlights. Comfortable bed and efficient bathroom. 24 hour reception with staff who are helpful in organizing trips. Good breakfast buffet. We especially enjoyed the fish, meats and cheese ; and excellent coffee. Large TV screen with availability of the major UK channels so we did not miss our favourite programmes.”

“The staff was incredibly polite and helpful, despite arriving a day late due to a cancelled flight; even when we were checking in, they greeted us with hot chocolates since it was cold and snowing outside. The room was spacious, clean, and accommodated everything we could have hoped for during our stay. The morning breakfast was delicious, the free wifi was fast, the lobby was a cool place to just relax and have a beer at after walking around all day.”
“There are so many aspects that we have loved in our stay. The hotel is located in one of the best spot of Reykjavik. Our room was bright and very functional. Their morning breakfast was such a great way to start our days with all the delicacies needed, including some Icelandic treats. The staff was remarkably spontaneous and helpful to find solutions to any of our questions or requests. I have been switching from regular hotels to Airbnb stays those last years but, this hotel made me change my mind as they provide an extensive list of additional services with a smile. We will surely come back if we travel again to Reykjavik.”
