“The room was clean but old and with the new flooring there were no mats on the floor to put your wet and dirty boots especially in the winter it makes the floor and wet and dangerous for slipping. Coffee machine was old as well as the tv, no fridge or microwave in the room.”

“The dining room is excellent, with regard to both the facility itself and the menu. The dishes are interesting, creatively presented, and delicious. The rooms are sizeable, as are the bathrooms, the beds were comfortable, and the showers were very good. There was a nice desk in the king room we stayed in on this visit. The grounds are huge and nicely tended in the area of the main building; unfortunately we didn't have time to see the animal park section. It appears that the facilities are set up to accommodate meetings for large groups of people, and it would probably be a delightful setting for a wedding or an extended stay. The staff in all areas was very pleasant.”

The room and bathroom were clean, and the beds were comfortable. The shower was great. The price was excellent, and the hotel was very quiet at night. The grounds looked really interesting - unfortunately, we got in too late to take the wagon tour.”
