“We arrived late in the evening, after the reception was closed, but the hotel staff sent us a code for the front door and instructions to pick up our room key at the front desk (where they also had the free WiFi password) -- simple, quick, and easy after a long day of traveling! The room itself was neat and comfortable, with a compact bathroom and cozy beds. There were extra blankets in the wardrobe, which we also appreciated! When we met the staff in the morning, they were very nice and helpful. Don't let the two stars fool you -- Cecil Hotel is five stars all the way! Just let them know in advance if you'll be arriving late or will have any particular needs, and they are more then happy to help.”
