“Front desk staff was not the friendliest or the most accommodating. We were given a room that smelled of cigarette smoke so we asked to move. We were told the hotel was full and to open the window to air out the room. When I told them it was noisy with the window open, he said he didn't think so, but that was his opinion. It may have been a language thing, but one typically doesn't contradict a guest in such a way. Anyway, we left the window open and the AC on before dinner and by the time we got back the room was better. The other staff at the hotel was lovely.”
