“The property was spectacular! The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, especially when I needed help with cancelling bookings, making reservations and figuring out how the TV works! The surrounding grounds are unbelievable where I took plenty of photos. Even staff knew me as the picture girl! The restaurants were top notch. I had ny best pizza at Pazzia during my Italian holiday. La Tosca was Stupendo!! Such knowledgeable staff and very attentive. The food presentation was amazing and delicious. Particularly the foie gras and lamb six ways! Yum. The poop was so crisp, clean and inviting. As a Canadian, I had no problem sitting out and swimming in the pool in the 20 degree weather. “Perfect place! Everything was amazing, starting from glass of prosecco when we have arrived! We had booked standard rooms but our rooms had been upgraded whithout any compensation automatically! Soft beverages in minibar was gratis, botel of vine was a gift. Very good breakfast especially pan-cakes. Warm water in outdoor swimming pool. Rooms are very big, perfectly decorated, clean and very comfortable. And special thanks to the staff- the best service, what is not too slow for Italy.”

“Staff - the staff were more than helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, we weren't allowed to lift a finger for our entire stay. Accommodation - outstanding, location and property were stunning. Facilities - superb, 3 restaurants on sight offer options for any evening and budget. The bar was awesome, room service, bar snacks, gym and spa is excellent. We had a picnic to take on a day trip which was lovely. Umbrellas provided between rooms and other areas! Concierge service was brilliant.”
