The way in which they have restored the "whole" building is a great credit to the owners and they should be very proud of that. The staff were very helpful and nothing was a problem for them, a happy bunch:-) Our room, a suite 508 was fantastic, well laid out and very comfortable although we didn't really spend a great deal of time in it, to many other things to do:-) Unfortunately we never ate in the hotel but from what we saw in the restaurant it looked great.”
“What a hotel! Very impressive from the outside and in. You can tell it's best set up to deal with big events but nevertheless we had a lovely stay here. Big comfortable room and bathroom. Staff were not aware of a big party for the Giro which was going on that evening right outside the hotel - was great for us as we joined in but if I was trying to sleep I would have been frustrated not to be told about it!”
