“On the wall in the lobby, is a sign that welcomes each of its individual guests home. And it feels that way. There is nothing cookie cutter about CasaSur. Its amenities have an upscale, boutique feeling. But it retains a lovely, warm, comfortable and clean hotel. In fact, each and every time I walked through the door, I was greeted by name, with a smile. Even better - when my airline cancelled by flight home for a full 24 hours, the lovely ladies jumped into action, finding me an available room, and changing my pickup in minutes. From an accessibility perspective, the hotel is located in a hidden street in the middle of Santiago's Brooklyn-esque Italia area. It is walking distance to great shopping and restaurants, and a 3-5 min walk to Santiago's metro system - getting you to the heart of most of its most visited areas in 10-15 mins max. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to anyone.”

“The hotel is very charming as its name says: our room was nicely decorated with very nice details like a personalized welcome message on a black board :) The breakfast was fantastic (yoghurt with homemade granola, fresh fruits salad, fresh orange juice, fried eggs, cappuccino and warm bread!) and if we had known we would have woken up a bit earlier to have more time to enjoy before leaving for the airport. The staff was really friendly and they gave us plenty of explanations on what to do/visit, where to go out for drinks, where to have dinner. They also lended us a metro card which was very convenient.”
