New, exceptional quality renovation 2015 I believe. you will not be disappointed by facility or staff a great find amongst the 50 or more other choices, this place has fewer rooms allowing for better service. Staff is very accomdating, and concigiere services worked perfect for transportation & meals. On beach, Roof top pool, roof top lounging area, beach chairs & service, basically new facility, extended continental breakfast with full breakfast available with eggs / crepes. I may have paid a little more, the staff and owners deserve it. ENJOY & CIAO.”
