“instant coffee for breakfast so asked for real coffee. It came cold. we were charged for it. Had a Wifi problem, staff was not happy to help. We fortunately had a mobile wifi device with us. lack of electricity sockets to recharge our devices. The morning breakfast was terribly bad beside the coffee thing.”
