“It is next to a park in the centre of the city - all major sights are within walkable distance. The rooms are refreshingly simply styled but well equipped. In my splendidly clean room, I had a wooden floor. Run by the Orthodox Church, there is no breakfast buffet and your coffee is likely to be served without milk - but watch the beautiful room you are sitting in and listen to the calm piano music you hear in the background ... if you open your mind, having breakfast can be a true experience. Staff are very friendly and helpful, good WiFi. Should you like theatre or opera, the wonderfully restored Teatrul Naţional is just across the street. In summer, there is a break, but a guided tour through the house is available on call.”

“The accommodation is very close to the city centre, the rooms are spacious and the staff was friendly. We were even allowed to leave the car in the parking area even after the check out. Moreover, we would have stayed one more night if the hotel wouldn't have been fully booked.”

The location is wonderful - between The National theater and the Municipality building, 2 minutes away from the Metropolitan Cathedral. We came by taxi from Iasi Airport for less then 20 lei. “Perfect downtown christian orthodox location. Great rooms & bathrooms, very clean, nice & helpful personnel. View to the park. Very quite at night and not noisy during the day, despite traffic. Private parking lot. Hotel is right in front of the largest Orthodox Cathedral in Romania, where the relics of Saint Paraskevi are kept. In a short walking distance there is also the Orthodox Church of The Three Hierarchs, which shelters the relics of Saint Basil the Great.”
