“Staff friendly and helpful despite speaking no English. Had to request room change as first bed was so uncomfortable. I was then put in a noisy room but bed was acceptable. Noise luckily doesn't bother me but would be an issue for most.”
“We spent a few nights here. It is located in a small village, with a calm and friendly atmosphere. The absolute best part of our stay was the help we got from the super helpful Don Carlos. He arranged affordable trips to both Cocora valley, coffee park and Santa rosa termals (which alla three are highly recommended) and he always wanted to make sure that we were comfortable and had the best of experiences.”
