The rooms were absolutely stunning with amazing views. I cannot say enough about the staff who went above and beyond to make sure you were being well taken care of. I wish our entire stay was at this hotel. They offer a free pisco sour class which was enjoyable, the room service food was beyond fantastic. The spa services were also top notch. The rooms were always cleaned twice a day so you always felt like you came back to a clean room. I can't say enough about this hotel and their staff.”

“Great location just a short walk down the street to main square, very quiet, small courtyard was a beautiful oasis, large nice room with excellent working A/C, hot water, nice firm bed and good linens, FANTASTIC, upscale buffet breakfast where you can also order anything you wish, but what made this place really special was the excellent service/people working there. This is certainly an upscale property, maybe not as spectacular as the Belmond just down the street, but we will return to Casa Cartegena because of the overall experience and especially because of the staff.”
