“The new management were revamping the facilities. They did a nice job sprucing up the older hotel with nice paint and furnishings. The pool was heated and the maintenance man asked how was the temperature. He said could turn it up and effectively increase the temp, if we desired. Never have I been offered to change temperature of the pool before.”

“Made booking on the fly and headed to the hotel, the room number is non existent, room 226 is not listed, lock did not work on door, the television did not work, I reported the problems to the front desk the next morning and proceeded to go for breakfast, they had run out of butter, everyone just standing around nothing done, we left for the and returned at night to no towels in the room and still no television, I had to go and get towels, next morning we just went at breakfast returned in the evening to change for dinner there was a strong odor of skunk on our foot we left for dinner and told the front desk about the odor, we returned after our night out and the odor was worse, the young girl on the front desk moved us to another room immediately, we left the next morning, never ever again, lesson learned”

“Only good thing was Johnathon the night shift front desk. Very helpful, went out of his way to accommodate. Very good customer skills. He went as far as to come back after he was off the clock to replace a broken chair because his replacement said we had to wait till morning. Manager should pay attention to this young man and take tips to train other staff.”
