“The location, comfort and view from the room. I could see the Empire state building and the Freedom tower in the distance. Bigger than most rooms in the same price range. Close to Broadway and Times square. Lots of restaurants on the same block. Walking distance to Macy's, SAW, Old Navy. The hotel has been refurbished in the public areas as well as the rooms. Courteous staff. The Manager took time to call me and find out if everything was ok. Will definitely continue to stay here on visits to NYC. ”
