“Upon checking in, I was greeted by Alex at the front desk. He wasextremely friendly and very helpful. Walking into the lobby wasrefreshing considering the negative reviews I viewed on other sites.This hotel was excellent! I felt safe, if ass extremely clean, and I hada wonderful time during my stay.When I checked out, two ladies, Maria and Innece (I may have misspelled your name) were extremely friendly and pleasant. I loved the hospitality in the hotel. The smell of the hotel was fresh and clean. I witnessed a young lady scrubbing the elevators with cleanser further creating a refreshing environment. I hate that people give hotels a bad review due to things the hotel staff have absolutely no control over. I'm a neat-freak and trust me, this is a very nice property...very convenient to all major freeways and most of all, the staff accommodated me extremely well therefore making my stay in Los Angeles a memorable one. I will definitely be back. Thank you 😁.”

“Good experience. In room kitchen v good. Decent cleanliness. Staff v nice. Tasty coffee machine and really liked the gym which has a set of dumbells up to 50lbs and an adjustable bench as well as equipment shown in photos. Free washer and dryer. You will get an access code to the secure car park which is right next door.”

“The staff were fantastic and nothing was ever too much trouble. The parking is free and secure. The room was big and having our own kitchenette made cooking for ourselves a much cheaper alternative than eating out. The laundry is free as is the gym. Being IHG members, they allowed us a late checkout and they offer a free shuttle to LAX. Could not ask for a better place to stay just outside LA central.”
