“The room was fine. The staff was virtually useless. When I checked in (during a major interstate move situation) I told them I would need the room another two nights. They said they could not reserve a room for me because I had booked through Booking.com and that I would have to wait til I checked out and then check back in. I couldn't even reserve the room the extra two nights. When I went to check out and check back in the room was booked and they had no other rooms. I was livid. I promise I will never use booking.com nor Candlewood Inn again ever!”
