“1. The eggs were powdered. That's a first for us. Not very good - very dry. 2. The TV was broken from Sunday night till Monday night. The staff was puzzled and the maintenance guy never showed up. Finally, after 24 hours the new desk clerk came on duty and fixed it in a few seconds. 3. We were locked out of our own bathroom. The clerk gave us a useless tool. I finally used my jack knife to get in. 4. We were given two keys. One didn't work so they replaced it, It didn't work. Replaced again. Didn't work. Replaced again. Didn't work. Then we were told the battery in the lock was low. Is there a maintenance program?”

“Alicen worked hard to accomodate our reservation for 2 rooms with queen beds. BOOKING.COM SENT THEM THE WRONG INFORMATION AND SHE HAD A BUS OF 97 people coming as well. Alicen had to reassign rooms so everyone would be happy. SHE DID A GOOD JOB.”
