“The staff here go above and beyond to make sure that you are happy. Your room is cleaned daily and the pool is great. Don't worry about the location, grab an UBER taxi for just 50 baht to Chiang Mai Old Town, which is the centre of everything! On our last day, as the hotel wasn't very busy, we were able to stay in our room until 5 o'clock, when our ride was due to collect us, at no extra charge. Visit the Silver Spoon restaurant for some great food. A mixture of thai and western food for great prices and great service.”
