“Outstanding customer service provided by the receptionist Marianne and the owners. Because of my physical limitations, Marianne went out of her way to help me access my wonderful room. The owner also came at 5:30 am to carry my luggage down to my car. Marianne also provided helpful sightseeing information and referral to a wonderful seafood restaurant just minutes away by car because the hotel restaurant was closed for a few days. My room/balcony had an am amazing view of the caldera in a quiet setting. Breakfast was good with many options. The bed was comfortable & the room was inviting. Had good wi-fi connection & parking was easy & secure. A highlight of my 14-week trip!”

“Our room was pretty, cozy and clean, furniture was in very good condition, bed was comfortable and big enough for 2 persons, water cold or hot at any time, although before coming to Santorini we read various stories that there are issues with water availability. Most of all I enjoyed the amazing sunset view from our balcony, this in spite of the fact that we got a room with view on the other side of the sea (not with Caldera view) - made up for everything :) I recommend Caldera Romantica to those who enjoy quiet places in the evening, being far away from all the crowded villages, you can really relax here. Their restaurant is romantic and the food is delicious. The personel is extremely friendly and helpful. They helped us rent a quadbike and recommended the best place to get it, we even got a discount :D”

They arranged our transportation from/to the port, a rental car and gave us many information regarding the best spots on the island. The view from our room to the Caldera was really great. Their restaurant is very delicious and the service there is awesome too.”

The lady who checked us in and explained all the different areas of Santorini to us was amazing, she was so helpful and so funny too, easy to get along with, definitely made the stay better! Breakfast was a buffet style breakfast a few different things each day which was nice. Around the pool is very nice and relaxing.”
