“When I arrived way to early for check-in, they still gave me access to my room. The WiFi wasn't working because of a storm, but the staff was very aware of this and informed me right away. There were also info all over with the information. In the evening, I couldn't get my TV working. After trying to change the batteries in my remote, they gave me another room without question and/or hassel. I would stay there again in a jiffy.”
