“Great location, close to the boat stop of the blue line (from/to airport) as well the major lines 1 & 2 on the Grand Canal. As well very close to the Academia bridge so you can actually walk to San Marco without having to take a vaporetto if you like. The design is Art Deco really nice. Staff is very friendly. Rooms are big. Breakfast is great. Beds are very comfortable. And we loved the jacuzi bath!!!”

“Fantastic location, fantastic breakfast, fantastic room, very comfortable. The bed was nice and big, the room was spacious and the bathroom was spacious the air con was very useful and appreciated. Nice and clean. Has an elevator if you have heavy luggage. One of our favourite hotels on our trip. Staff were helpful and friendly. If you're doing your own washing there's a retractable washing line over the bathtub. Close to the Peggy Guggenheim museum and public transport (boat). You can walk to the rest of Venice from here, or take the boat.”
