“We arrived early morning 6.00am room booked for 14.00hrs. No problem offered tea or coffee and seats in reception. Our room was made available at 09.00am Amazingly helpful. Stayed the one night. On extra charge for early room access. This was for us a repeat trip. Will be back again in Istanbul and 100% sure we will stay here. The main walking shopping street is 50 metes away. Everything you need within 5 minutes. We also had breakfast on 9th floow. View of sea and excellent food. I cannot say enough about the stay. Best value for money I've had in along time. Particularly helpful were Jerry/Betul.. They added the icing to the cake !!!!!!”
