“well, the thing I most liked when I stayed at the hotel was the food, room facilities and the fast services of their crew. the food is exquisite. It felt and tasted like I was eating at a fine dining restaurant. they served many different kinds of dishes that will suit your taste bud. I was really fund of their cakes, this review, by the way, is coming from a picky eater. on the other hand, the room facilities are very good and you get to experience more than what you had paid for. the sheets where clean and the room is ventilated well.”

“The location was perfect! I felt very safe and it was easy to go around. The hotel lobby was big and grand! I loved it! The staff were very accommodating and made sure things are going well. The rooms were also very spacious, clean, and everything you need is there. The bedding were very comfortable and we did had a nice sleep! Water pressure in the shower worked perfectly too! It was a superb hotel and also quite affordable too! Food is something to look forward to when you are at the Grand Palace! I am definitely going back here when I am in Butuan!”
