“At check in the room wasn't clean. Bed not made, trash in the garbage, etc. We approached the front desk so it could be addressed. Immediately they came to the room to look around & were very apologetic. We wanted to drop our bags & freshen up before we headed out to dinner. They said they would have the room ready before we returned. On our way out the front desk grabbed us & apologized again & paid for the room for the night. Over $200. When we returned the room was spotless & they left a little souvenir for us the bed. They definitely made it more than right for us & the room was fantastic.”
