The property will only use your credit card details to guarantee the booking.<br><br>Non-refundable rates will be charged at the time of booking using the credit card details provided.<br><br>Please be aware of the dates you are trying to book. If you book the wrong dates with the non-refundable rate, you will only be allowed to change the dates to come at a later time. For all other rates, payment is required in cash upon arrival.<br><br>All rooms are non-smoking. However, there is a designated smoking area.<br><br>Wifi is free and available throughout the building.<br><br>There is no elevator in the building and the stairs are steep.<br><br>All toilets are in the hallways.<br><br>Towels are free. Hairdryers are a EUR 20,00 deposit and both are available from reception.<br><br>Breakfast is between 08:00 - 10:00 and consists of two kinds of cereal, scrambled eggs, assorted lunch meats, such as salami, ham, turkey or chicken slices. Toast with various spreads, such as peanut butter, two kinds of jam, chocolate spread, honey, and butter. Coffee and tea are available until 23:00.<br><br>The kitchen, microwave, fridge, plates and silverware are available and must be cleaned after use.<br><br>There is no laundry service.<br><br>Children up to 3 years old can stay for free. Older children are counted as adults.
