“They had a crib and high chair. It was the largest room for the lowest price of the trip. The lodge has a bit of a hunting feel but almost too dreary. At one point the charming fireplace turned into a rampant smoke machine, sending smoke all the way up into the breakfast room. The food was good but the waitress kind of messed up our order (and she wasn't very helpful). We have two kids, 2 years old and 9 months old. So by the time she would have fixed the mistake we would have needed to leave, so we just went with what she brought us.”

“The staff were helpful, friendly and the room was very large and, although tired it was very clean. Restaurant area set aside if you have a dog with you and evening food decent quality. Set within a 9 hole golf course there are dog walking tracks but might be more difficult if golf course was being used - it was closed as greens flooded when we visited which made it much quieter and better for us as a result.”
