“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, all the staff were extremely helpful, friendly and polite . Superb breakfasts and bar food was very good along with excellent service at the bar. The hotel seemed very organised, as the staff were very busy with Christmas celebrations taking place in various rooms. Well done!”

“The best was having 98% English staff first time in a hotel for a long time that I have come across - so unusual it was first thing I noticed AND they were all so fabulous helpful polite and very friendly it was a most pleasurable stay even though they had all function suites in full use for Xmas parties. A little hard to sleep but not the hotels fault at all - in fact it seemed so well organised and all peoples needs catered for. Breakfast superb, afternoon tea superb, meal on the friday night very disappointing though - but probably due to all the functions on at the same time.”
