“Great accommodations and very generous staff. Made us feel important without realizing it. Also beautiful location and amenities.”
“Located right in the heart of Banff. Clean rooms and nice beds. Very quiet too.”
“Beautiful rustic hotel. In a great location. So easy to walk everywhere in town. Great breakfast with a reasonable selection. Beds are so comfy! Staff are very pleasant and helpful.”
“Location was great. Only stayed for one night, so I can't do a proper review.”
“We had 3 elderly family members travel with my wife and I, so we did not stay out late in the evening also it was snowing unfortunately when it snows the hotel satellite system goes down so no tv or internet I think this very poor for Banff were you expect snow in winter, also we were put on the 3rd floor and the elevator was not working so very hard for 83 year old people, lots of stairs to climb. We were in rooms that were above a back alley and the hotel were compacting or shredding cardboard at 6.30 am. I have stayed at this hotel before with no problems and better room location so disappointed on this visit”
“The lodge is right in the centre of town and our room had great views of the surrounding mountains from the balcony. Bed was comfortable.”
“Bathroom was great. Well located in city center. Breakfast was good.”
“Room was bright with lovely decor, mountain views, spacious bathroom, great location to shopping and restaurants. Parking fee was nominal. Breakfast and wifi included.”
“The Mountain Lodge was a great insight into rural Canada - how the Brewster's would've done it! The lovely decor made it feel like a log cabin stay but with all the warmth, comfort and modern amenities to make it home. Thank you!”
“The location is excellent, right in the centre of Banff. You are within walking distance to all the restaurants. After a long day of hiking, I really enjoyed taking a leisure walk in downtown and to the restaurant. The room is quite spacious and nicely decorated. The beds are extremely comfortable. I was too tired to use the sauna, but wish I had.”
