“Great place to stay in Quito - excellent location, superb staff and very cozy rooms. Although the only staff member who speaks English is Veronica (who is just amazing and helped us a lot!), everybody else made best possible effort to understand and help us. They also sent a staff member to meet us at the airport ($25) in the middle of the night and the guy was just at the arrivals exit although we were late for several hours. Even though we stayed there around Christmas (when usually nobody wants to work), they organized an Otovalo tour for us on a short notice (by our arrival in the middle of the night) and a staff member was driving us through the city half of the day ($10/per hour).”

It had hot water for showers and the breakfast was enough to get us started each day. Veronica is English speaking and arranged transport to and from the airport.
