“The hotel is next to the Duomo di Milano, its about 10 minutes for walk. Reception staff are very nice and kind. But our room is faced to the street, it is a bit noisy during the evening... The style of hotel is classic... ”
“there is a construction in between the hotel and they start at 7 am. first when I check in and enter my room I heard the noise and they changed my room to 7th floor next to the elevator and that night next to the hotel building there is another construction which continued till the morning . plus the a/c was not working it was only giving cold air. I called a technician he couldn't do it. i tried to sleep with 3 blankets it was freezing . next morning they changed my room again. i stayed 3 nights and changed my room 3 times. although the location is great I don't think I will stay one more time there,or recommend to my friends. after so many problems there is no favour no sorry from the staff or reception.”
