“Very friendly staff- we were allowed to get into the room before time. The area and location are very good: they have ample parking space, and if you travel by coach , the bus station is just opposite the hotel. This is within walking distance from the city centre. Also buses to/from Mariana depart from said bus station. Breakfast is really good. Service is friendly and fast. What else could you ask for?”
“The hotel was fantastic. It had the vibe of a Swiss chalet. The parking was incredibly convenient and safe with a large, gated lot. The rooms were very nice, spacious, comfortable and clean and the bathrooms were large and clean and modern. The location is absolutely fantastic and about a 5 minute walk to Praca Tiradentes which is the heart of the historic city center. Just a fantastic hotel for the price. The breakfast was standard but very good. The common areas were very nice, clean and nicely decorated. A very complete hotel with no negatives. The staff was helpful and the wifi was pretty good.”
