“Our room on the top floor was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom with all accessories was clean and bright. The staff were efficient and friendly and sorted out a problem we had with our door lock immediately. They offered several times to carry our cases to the room as there is no lift and quite a few stairs but we were ok. Great location by Hythe centre near to restaurants and pubs and a short drive to Beaulieu Motor Museum the reason for our overnight stay. Good choice for breakfast, cooked is extra. Lovely views of the Marina..”

“Location is excellent for new forest and Southampton trip via ferry. Big room with lovely views. Tv with all channels working well. Nice bath tub and walk in shower with complimentary toiletries. Friendly staff. Easy check in and out. No issues with car park. Breakfast was yummy but have to pay extra.”

“Accommodation (Room 1) was high quality with a very large room, a spacious balcony with table and chairs outside overlooking the marina. The room had a sitting area with comfortable chairs. Bathroom had a bath and a large walk-in power shower. Whole room felt very up-market.”
