“A three star hotel, who completely met my expectations, especially for the cleanliness, the quietness and the friendly and professional staff. Very good breakfast with many healthy options, included in total price. Good location, metro and tram stations in a few minutes walking from the hotel, from where you can easily reach downtown. They accepted my request for a room in the sixth floor and the second time I stayed, my room was ready, eventhough I arrived two hours earlier from the usual check-in time.”
“The staff at the hotel were lovely. Incredibly helpful and friendly throughout, always greeted you when you came in or walked past, and they made good recommendations for us for places to go for dinner. We also arrived to a complimentary bottle of champagne chilling in our room because we were there for my boyfriend’s birthday, which was really lovely and very welcome after travelling! The hotel was clean throughout, the beds were comfy and there was even a pillow menu. The rooms were very spacious and had everything you would need for a few days away. The hotel was about a 10 minute walk to the main city centre, and we managed to walk everywhere around the city to do the things we wanted to do. It would have been just as easy to get the metro though as there was a station a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. At the end of the road the hotel was on, there was a shopping mall with supermarket on the bottom floor which was ideal for grabbing some supplies for the room.”
