“The staff were wonderful. Very friendly and helpful. Great recommendations for what to do on the island and happy to make reservations for you. They really go the extra mile. One of the staff noticed us waiting for the local bus on her way home from work. She stopped and drove us to our next destination and gave us more recommendations on what to do in her home town. The facilities are even more beautiful than the pictures. Every morning starts with a great breakfast on the patio with a fantastic view. I heard many people say they could just sit there all day and be happy.”

“Great location hotel in Firostefani being a close walk to Fira. Hotel rooms were clean and cosy. Service was accomodating and warm. Breakfast included was a nice start to the day. I'd argue one of the best views of the caldera from the breakfast terrace. Would definitely recommend this hotel for others!”
