“The two guys working at Blooming are very welcoming and always helpful. They constante take time to make sure you have everything you need. The beds are very comfortable and each room has an ensuit bathroom. The area is very quite and the beach is reachable in 2 min by feet. Matara city centre can be reached by tuk tuk in 5-10 min. we paid about 300rupees to go there which is more than correct. For breakfast they offer toast, fruits and an egg cooked in different ways each morning. You can also ask for specific food requirement and they easily adapt to you. The place is really well taken care off. We also learned it used to be a fishermen house that was renovated. Excellent job!”
