“The caretaker of the propert was a total legend going out of husband way to show us around and look after us.”

“All the rooms open to a very large common space with kitchenette and plenty of indoor seating. Wifi was good inside and out. There was a good balcony with spotty views of ocean. They need sun sails (koolaroos) or some kind of secure shade cause the afternoon sun is VERY HOT. The manager lived next door and came in to check the place in morning and evening cleaning up when needed. Also feted good rates on tuk tuk trips to sightseeing spots. Pool across street was available for 500rupee/day/person and worth it!”

“everything, and especially the terrace. if you want to learn to surf, go across the street to the litte surf school, they will bring you to a perfect surf spot outside the crowded hikkaduwa beach spots”

“The beds in the second room were quite comfortable. Everything is in walking distance. The Internet is very good. The room was quite big and we had two beds. Hot water and the shower strength was nice.”

“Очень комфортная и просторная гостиная с диванами, большим кухонным столом. Имеется большая терраса, где красиво на закате. На кухне есть все необходимое для приготовления еды, меня порадовало наличие блендера, чтобы я могла делать смузи) Сантехника новая. Чисто и уютно. Пляж через дорогу.”
