“I'm a smoker so loved being able to step right outside and sit in comfortable area to smoke and have morning coffee in my pjs rather than having to get dressed and take an elevator down to get outside and have no seating. Loved view of the river and everybody waving below as they drove by. Location is within a few blocks of everything we needed.”
