“Beautiful location and the building was designed to enjoy nature from the comforts from the indoors (especially during storm season!). The Wild Pacific trail is directly outside of the hotel and is a nice leisurely stroll, appropriate for a wide range of ages and abilities. The room was very spacious and well appointed. Although we did not have an ocean view the trail view was much better than expected and I would not be disappointed if I had this view again in the future. Spa onsite was nice and the staff were professional and accommodating. The bartender makes an excellent B52 which is nice to enjoy by the fireplace in their lounge. Staff are very attentive and willing to go above and beyond. The food was good. Can't say that it was spectacular but I have also been very spoiled. I had their duck l'orange which was cooked perfectly as was their salmon. As is pretty much everything in Ucluelet, the aquarium, beaches, trails, restaurants are all very close to this location.”
