“Habe selten in einem Hotel in dieser Preiskategorie so schlecht gefrühstückt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war lieblos aufgebaut, die künstlichen Deko-Pflanzen waren eingestaubt. Um 8.30 Uhr lagen 3 kleine Körnerbrötchen im Korb, es wurden keine Brötchen während unserer Frühstückszeit nachgelegt und das Körnerbrot war verschimmelt. Auf die Frage, wer den wohl für das Buffet zuständig sei, musste die Dame erst einmal überlegen, ob sie wohl gemeint war! Die Servicekräfte, die uns am Morgen und am Abend davor bedient haben waren einheitlich unfreundlich!”
