“This hotel is a little jem, tucked away in the charming village of Auer in the foothills of the Italian Tyrol. The hotel has a nice warm ambience, the staff were very kind and helpful and willing to answer any questions we had. The room was spacious, clean and very environmentally friendly. Being a bio-hotel the food was delicious and when possible was prepared with local organically grown produce. We would certainly recommend this hotel, as the concept of bio tourism is one which we believe is going to become more and more popular with people who care about what they eat and also who are concerned about the future of our planet.”
