“The staff and bar view are the best things about this hotel. Location is very good as well. The day I went, there was no electricity half of the city. But staff were trying their best to control the situation and I must say they handled situation quite well. Staff , two young boys at bar are very friendly. The view from the rooftop is fascinating esp. early morning.”

“Personalen ville väl men i vissa fall saknades språkkunskaper helt och erfarenhet på många områden. Vi upplevde detta mer som ett ungdomsställe och det levde inte upp till våra förväntningar. Det gjorde att guesthouset kändes oseriöst. Rum hade lånats ut till personalens kompisar och där rökte de på rummet. På andra rum fanns askkoppar trots att personalen sa att det var rökförbud. Rummet hade endast en fungerande elkontakt vilket var otillräckligt när två personer vill ladda telefoner och ha läslampa. Varmvatten fanns endast vid ett tillfälle. Maten på tillhörande restaurang var god men omotiverat dyr, därav knappt inga gäster. Trevlig kaffebar och takbar. Bra läge i hjärtat av Bakhtapur.”
