“Good Afternoon I have a bit of a grumble about my latest purchase from booking.com. My stay was wonderful the hotel was excellent and the service was fab it was a great time spent away. However upon arrival the hotel stated that car parking was included in my booking of which i had already had to pay to park in the multi storey adjacent for a 24 hour stay of £7 I'm a bit miffed that you didn't state this in the booking because that is quite a bit of money to me. Below is my booking reference and the extract from my booking. please could you have a look into this and let me know where the problem occurred. If i had know i could have parked up and got a ticket from the hotel to allow me to park. 'Private parking is possible on site (reservation is not possible) and costs GBP 7 per day. Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges are applicable.'”
