I can't say much for the Best Western company itself as I've only stayed at one BW Accommodation and being in Japan, customer service is always excellent but BW Yokoham were truly amazing. Staff went above and beyond, Affordable, Ability to do laundry, vending machines inside, comfort was really nice and amenities were really good. I had absolutely no issues. I will definitely be staying again. Location was perfect with many shops around, 2 trains stations within 5 Minutes (max) walking distance and restaurants galore. Absolutely Perfect Location for a Japan Trip! I'll be staying in the very same hotel again when I revisit.”
