The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially the lady helping with the breakfast. The trip from hotel to Universal Studios took only 15 min early in the morning.”

The rules regarding late checkout were explained clearly. I would stay here again and again. The neighborhood was nice. Everything was clean and worked as it should. The bed was comfortable. Parking was plentiful. The continental breakfast was good and staffed. The employees were happy, helpful and nice. Overall, a great experience.”
