“Nice resort on the ocean. Check in staff were not friendly at all. No welcome, grumpy. $200 extra was on my bank statement. I went to the front desk and asked them why. No friendly, almost offended. Found out it was for incidentals. It doesn't go through if you don't make long distance calls etc. Here's a thought! Maybe mention it on check in. People that came to clean the room were very nice and friendly. Overall, good check out, dog had fun, beautiful surroundings in beautiful Tofino.”
