“Rooms in a tear-down Russian block, under construction for some renovations, smelly, noisy bridge deck,. Parking not secured, insufficient camera, car vandalized, had to report to staff and police. Room was a Trip-Advisor booking, non-cancellation allowed. No amenities, very few TV channels, n no fridge, A $40 room in value, charged at $135.00 with taxes. Should have been offering rebates with the renovations.”
